The countdown has begun. We can barely contain our excitement. It’s less than a month until our first Major of the summer when we set up shop in Germany for the smart Major Hamburg!

With that in mind, and to ensure you’re psyched for the greatest show on sand, we need you to do something: subscribe to our official YouTube channel!

Behold today our first in our series of weekly wicked videos which we’ll be posting every Wednesday! Yes, you’ve got it, to put a smile on your face in the middle of the working week we’ll post the best videos and share it with you for your viewing pleasure.

The first YouTube clip to get the wicked Wednesday treatment is our most-watched video on the channel.

Almost 30,000 of you were stunned by the moment Kerri Walsh Jennings recovered from dislocating her shoulder in a dramatic quarterfinal at our Gstaad Major last summer. She went on to hit the winning point in her and April Ross’s sensational victory over Brazilians Agatha Bednarczuk and Barbara Seixas.

Talk about never giving up! As you’ll hear in the clip, Kerri casually says: “My shoulder came out a little bit. I guess these things happen…” Now listen to those words again and try to comprehend that! Imagine YOUR shoulder came out and were competing for a place in the last four of a Major! That’s how tough these players are!

So enjoy the video and here’s to let’s hear it again for Kerry!
